My experience at Arima Hot Spring Ryokan Hanamusubi was outstanding. The rooms were exceptionally clean and even included a massage chair, adding to the comfort. I thoroughly enjoyed both the enclosed and open-air baths, which provided beautiful scenery. The kaiseki dinner was a highlight, notably the delicious Kobe beef, and I appreciated the early morning bath followed by a fantastic Japanese breakfast.
The walk to the location was somewhat steep.

The atmosphere was serene and truly calming, especially

Clean rooms with impressive spaces and even have a massage chair. The public hot spring facilities boast fantastic views and overall quality, rivaling those in Nagasaki.
Private hot spring is quite limited in size, ideal for just one or two folks, making it tricky for groups. The gender-switching system for onsen usage could use a heads-up in advance. the food, while edible, lacks flair and could improve significantly in terms of temperature and portion size.

The room was spacious and super clean, with a cozy massage chair that I loved. The Japanese-style futon felt really comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. The only downside was some noise from the ceiling at night, which was a bit annoying. But overall, I really enjoyed the zen vibe and the great amenities!
